Toddlers Tuesday Nursery Demo
Save Mount Pleasant Nursery campaigners announced today (Tuesday) that they will be holding weekly protests at Royal Mail's north London site aimed at persuading the company to drop its controversial closure plans.
"We're calling it 'Toddlers' Tuesday'," said CWU head of equalities Linda Roy (pictured left), as she handed out leaflets to members of the public and workers arriving for their shifts this morning.
"We'll be here every Tuesday, keeping this issue right at the top of the agenda and urging Royal Mail to think again."
