Solidarity through Skype
CWU Union Skills students at Alvescot showed their solidarity with our comrades in the Philippines during a conference call over Skype on Wednesday September 29th.
The students who were looking at the impact and consequences of
globalisation joined Pete Pinlac, President of the CWU of the
Philippines (CWUP) on the video call, to discuss the consequences
of globalisation and the continuing struggle for human and workers
rights in the Philippines.
