I am 23 years old and Youth Officer for Midland No 7 and Youth Secretary for the MRYC. I have been actively promoting the CWU within groups of workers that have perhaps at times been considered to be inactive. I am also involved in raising awareness around the threat of the BNP who are very active locally and I believe that all workers regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation and religion, should be treated fairly in the workplace.
